Local Distribution Laws Litigation

 
Puerto Rico has enacted legislation for the protection of local distributors and sales agents. The Firm has represented clients claiming protection under the law, as well as clients seeking to remove existing dealers and sales agents. Assistance provided to clients includes negotiation for initiation and termination of dealership agreements, as well as litigation related to these agreements.
